This pair of earrings was designed to provide support the Count Me In (CMI) organization in their goal to encourage women's economic independence. According to statistics, 80% of women in the workforce earn less than $25,000 a year even though a 55% of women provide half of their household's income. When women decide to create their own economic independence by starting their own businesses they face tremendous challenges. CMI promotes the growth of women owned businesses and is the leading national not for profit provider of online business loans, resources, and community for women entrepreneurs.

Description: Utterly sensual. These earrings are elegance in motion. Beautiful faceted rice labradorite beads are hand wrapped in sterling silver wire to delicate sterling silver chain. The entire look is complimented with gray fresh water pearls, antiqued sterling silver bali beads and bright seeds. Soooo beautiful. 20% of all proceeds from the sale of these earrings will go to the CMI organization to support women entrepreneurs.
